Transcript Visibility Setting

The Transcript Visibility setting controls whether the transcript is shown or hidden by default when you open a new session. This setting lets you customize your preferred workflow without needing to manually toggle the transcript each time.

How to Change the Default Mode

To adjust the transcript visibility setting:

1. Open Settings in Scribe
2. Navigate to the Scribe tab
3. Locate Transcript visibility by default
4. Select your preferred option from the dropdown:

Available Options:

• Show – The transcript will always be visible when you start a new session
• Hide – The transcript will always be hidden when you start a new session
• Last – Scribe will remember your last choice and use that setting for the next session
