Global Prompt

The Global Prompt is a short set of instructions Scribe uses across all notes to steer tone, structure, and clinical emphasis. It complements template-specific prompts and applies workspace-wide, so every provider’s output is consistent.

What It Affects

• Note tone and style
• Order and wording of common sections
• Default assumptions for vitals, medical history, and disclaimers
• Preferred terminology and abbreviations

How To Edit

1. Open Settings → Scribe → Additional user rules
2. Review current text and make small, testable changes
3. Save and generate a test note using a common template to validate the effect
4. Iterate and communicate changes to the team
