Provider List

Use the Provider List to add clinic providers so Scribe can accurately recognize and spell their names correctly in generated notes. Add names individually or paste multiple names separated by new lines. You can edit or delete entries later.

How To Edit

1. Open Settings → Scribe → Provider List
2. Review current list and make small, testable changes
3. Or click Add item
4. Or delete items one by one from the list
5. Save and generate a test note using a common template to validate the effect
6. Iterate and communicate changes to the team

Tip: If you see a misspelled name in a note, add that name to the dictionary here so future notes use the correct spelling.

• Paste or type multiple provider names separated by new lines
• Each line becomes a separate provider entry when you save
