Ways to reach us

Option 1: Start a support chat in the app

Step 1: Open the settings menu

Find your Denti.AI icon on your screen and hover over it until the settings wheel appears. Select the settings wheel.

Step 2: Select Support chat

From the menu, click Support chat.

Step 3: Enter your details

Enter your name and a good email address so we can follow up, then click Send to start the chat.

Step 4: Wait for an agent

You'll see your place in the queue. An agent usually joins within 3 to 5 minutes. Short on time? Use the booking link in the chat to schedule a support appointment instead.

Shortcut: Open chat from the Scribe window

Already in Scribe? Click Support at the top of the Scribe window to open the chat directly.
