Get Started with Mobile Scribe

Take Scribe with you. The Denti.AI Voice Assistant app lets you capture patient conversations and generate notes right from your iPhone. This guide walks you through downloading the app, signing in, and linking it to your Denti.AI account. It takes about 5 minutes.

Before you begin

• An iPhone running iOS 26.0 or later. The mobile app is currently available on iOS only.
• Access to Scribe on your computer (you'll scan codes from your screen).
• Your mobile phone nearby to receive a text message verification code.

Part 1: Download the app

Step 1: Open the Mobile App window in Scribe

On your computer, open Scribe and click Mobile App in the top-right menu.

Step 2: Scan the App Store code

The Try out mobile scribe window opens. Open the Camera app on your iPhone and point it at the QR code on your screen. Keep this window open on your computer — you'll come back to it in Part 3.

Step 3: Tap the App Store banner

A yellow App Store banner appears on your camera screen. Tap it to open the app's page.

Step 4: Download Denti.AI Voice Assistant

Tap the download button (the cloud icon, or Get if you haven't downloaded it before). When it finishes, tap Open.

See "Requires iOS 26.0 or later"? Update your iPhone first: go to Settings > General > Software Update, then return to this step.

Part 2: Sign in on your iPhone

Step 5: Enter your phone number

In the app, (1) enter your mobile phone number, then (2) tap Sign In.

Step 6: Enter the verification code

We'll text you a 6-digit code. Tap the code shown above your keyboard (From Messages) to fill it in automatically, or type it in the boxes.

Tip: No text yet? Wait for the timer to finish, then tap Send code again.

Part 3: Link the app to your account

Step 7: Click Go to activation

Back on your computer, click Go to activation at the bottom of the Try out mobile scribe window.

Closed the window? Click Mobile App in Scribe again to reopen it.

Step 8: Scan the linking code, then click Done

(1) Scan the new QR code with your iPhone camera and follow the prompt to open it in the Denti.AI Voice Assistant app. (2) Once your phone confirms, click Done on your computer.

Can't scan the code? In the app on your iPhone, go to the Profile page and tap Connect paid account.

You're all set! Your iPhone is now linked to your Denti.AI account and ready to capture visits.

Troubleshooting

The camera doesn't show the App Store banner.
Hold your phone steady 6–12 inches from the screen so the whole code fits in view. If needed, increase your screen brightness or zoom in on the code.

I use an Android phone.
The mobile app is currently available for iPhone only.

My linking code won't work.
Your linking code is unique to your account, so don't share it. Close the window, click Mobile App again, then click Go to activation and scan the code shown. If it still fails, contact support.
