Introduction to Denti.AI Scribe

Denti.AI Scribe is an AI-powered dental assistant designed specifically for dental professionals. It streamlines the note-taking process by automatically generating structured clinical notes from your recorded conversations with patients.

Scribe uses voice recognition and AI technology to allow you to focus on your patients while automatically creating comprehensive dental notes that follow your preferred templates and formats.

Basic Navigation

Visit List

The left side of the screen displays a list of all patient visits, showing the date, time, patient name, and provider.

Use the tabs at the top of the list to switch between viewing all visits and today's visits or to select a specific date.

Note Preview

When you select a visit from the list, the central area displays a preview of the notes created for that visit.

From this view, you can open the full note, copy the content, or delete the conversation if needed.

You can use the note selector at the top of the preview panel to compare notes created during the same patient visit.

Template Panel

On the right side, you'll see the template panel showing the structure of the note. This displays the template that was used to generate the note.

Creating New Visits

To start a new visit, click the "New" button at the top of the screen. This will create a new visit entry where you can begin recording your conversation with the patient.

You can select the appropriate template before or during the visit to ensure the note is structured according to your needs.

First Steps

Create Your First Visit

Click the "New" button to start a fresh visit. Input the patient name and provider.

Select a Template

Choose an appropriate template for your visit type from the template dropdown menu on the right side. Common templates include Comprehensive Examination, Hygienist Examination, and more specific visit types.

Start Recording

Click the microphone button at the bottom of the screen to begin recording your conversation with the patient. Speak naturally - the AI will understand the context and organize information appropriately.

Pause to Generate Notes

When you've gathered enough information, click "Pause" to stop the recording temporarily. Denti.AI Scribe will process the conversation and generate a structured note based on your selected template.

Review and Edit

Review the generated note for accuracy. You can resume recording to add more information, which will update the note while preserving existing content.

Transfer a Note

Once your note is complete, you can easily transfer it wherever needed. Use the "Copy" button to copy the entire note to your clipboard for pasting into other applications.
