Recording and Transcription
The recording feature is at the heart of Denti.AI Scribe. During patient visits, you can record conversations automatically transcribed into text. This creates a verbatim record of the clinical encounter that serves as the foundation for your structured notes.

Note Generation
Once a recording is paused, Denti.AI Scribe automatically generates a structured clinical note based on the selected template. The AI analyzes the conversation, extracts relevant clinical information, and organizes it into the appropriate sections of the template.

Appending Information

Process:
- After pausing and generating the initial note, click "Resume" to continue recording
- Add the additional information through natural conversation or by dictation
- Pause again when finished
- The system will regenerate the note with the new information integrated into the note while preserving the unchanged data
- New additions will be highlighted for easy identification
Template Management
Denti.AI Scribe provides a flexible template system that allows you to create, modify, and manage note templates to fit your practice's specific needs. Both simple and structured templates are supported.

Split Conversation:
- Navigate to the position in the transcript where you want to split the conversation
- Click the "Split session" button that appears when hovering over a timestamp
- Confirm the split in the dialog that appears
- The system will regenerate notes for both segments separately
- The remaining transcript will be transferred to a separate note with its own template selection
