Denti.AI Scribe supports rich text formatting for templates and generated notes. You can use formatting tools to make note content easier to read, organize clinical details, and emphasize important information.
Template Formatting
When you edit a template, rich text formatting is saved as part of the template design. Any note generated with that template will use the same formatting.
Steps:
- Open Templates at the top to access the Template Management View
- Find the template you want to update
- Click Edit to open the Template Editor
- Select the text or field content you want to format
- Use the formatting panel to apply changes
- Click Save
Note Formatting
When you edit a generated note, formatting changes apply only to the current note. This is useful for one-time adjustments before copying, saving, or sending the note.
Steps:
- Open the visit and select the note you want to update
- Click inside the note body
- Select the text you want to format
- Use the formatting panel to apply changes
- Review the note before finalizing
Formatting Options
The formatting panel includes common text and layout tools, such as:
- Bold
- Italic
- Underline
- Strikethrough
- Bulleted list
- Numbered list
- Indentation controls
- Text alignment
- Clear formatting
Hide Non-Discussed Fields
For structured templates, Denti.AI Scribe can hide fields that were not discussed during the visit.
Use Hide Non-Discussed Fields to hide all fields that have the default Non-discussed value. This helps keep the final note focused on information that was actually captured during the appointment.
