Always Show Templates

Denti.AI Scribe allows you to pin important templates, so they appear automatically on every new visit.

What “Display on Every Visit” Does

• Any template can be marked to display on every visit
• When enabled, the template is added automatically when you start a new note
• You can still add more templates at any time

You can use “Display on every visit” for must‑have documents like SOAP, Hygiene Intake, or Post‑Op Instructions. Multiple templates can be saved to be shown on every visit.

Turn It On or Off

• Open the template in the Template Editor
• Toggle “Display on every visit” on or off
• Save your changes — the setting applies to future visits

You can switch this off at any time. It won’t remove the template from existing notes; it will only affect new visits.
