Splitting Visit

Denti.AI Scribe enables you to efficiently manage complex visits with advanced splitting functionality, allowing you to easily organize multiple patient issues or topics into separate notes.

When To Use

• This feature is particularly useful when a single recording covers multiple patients or when a visit addresses several unrelated issues that should be documented separately.

Split Conversation Steps

• Navigate to the position in the transcript where you want to split the conversation
• Click the "Split session" button that appears when hovering over a timestamp
• Confirm the split in the dialog that appears, or cancel

The remaining transcript will be transferred to a separate note with the same template.

• Confirm the patient's name and the provider for a new session

The system will automatically regenerate notes for a new extracted segment.
