Visits History

The Visits Navigation interface serves as your central hub for accessing and managing all patient visit notes created with Denti.AI Scribe. This view lets you quickly browse patient encounters, review generated notes, and access the templates used for documentation.

Filtering Visits by Date

The visit list provides several filtering options to help you find specific patient encounters:

• All: Shows all visits across all dates
• Today: Displays only visits from the current day
• Specific Date: Click a particular date to view visits from that day

Filtering Visits by Patient or Provider

Click the Filter button to open the filtering panel.

Use the fields in the panel to quickly find a specific encounter.

• Filter by Patient: Start typing the patient’s name. The list updates as you type. Select the patient to show only visits for that patient.
• Filter by Provider: Start typing the provider’s name. Select the provider to show only visits created by that provider.
• Reset filters: Click the X next to the filter to clear it and return to the full list.

You can combine these filters with the date filters to narrow results further.

Visit List

The left side of the screen displays a list of all patient visits, showing date, time, patient name, and provider.

Note Preview

When you select a visit from the list, the central area displays a preview of the notes created for that visit. From this view, you can open the whole note, copy the content, or delete the conversation if needed. You can use the note selector (tabs) at the top of the preview panel to review different notes created during the same patient visit.

Template Panel

On the right side, you'll see the template panel showing the structure of the note. This displays the template used to generate the note.
